The staff of Dunlop Taikoo have been trained by Dunlop Aircraft Tyres to provide an aircraft tire retread service to a high standard. Dunlop Taikoo factory staff spent six months at Dunlop Aircraft Tyres in Great Britain to learn thoroughly the aircraft tire retread procedure.

Dunlop Taikoo employs the same processes as Dunlop Aircraft Tyres in Great Britain and uses the same equipment. This ensures a consistent process at the Chinese and British facility.
