From our facility in Birmingham, UK, we design and manufacture over 400 different tyres, retreads and tubes for both Civil and Military aircraft around the world.

New Tyres

Product quality is our primary concern. At Dunlop Aircraft Tyres, we draw on nearly a century's experience in aircraft tyre design and manufacture, so our customers can rest assured of consistently excellent quality in both our bias (cross ply) and radial tyre ranges.

Throughout the manufacturing process, an exacting programme of checks at every stage of building and curing ensures that we continue to meet the high standards of a leading aircraft component supplier.

Retreads

Our retreading plant ranks amongst the most modern of its kind in the world. By introducing sophisticated technology in tandem with new working practices and techniques, we have significantly reduced turnaround times. In turn, our customers benefit through time saved and lower operating costs.

Every retread that leaves our plant is subject to rigorous checks from initial inspection through every stage of production. To ensure tyre safety, we employ the most advanced and up-to-the-minute processes currently available.
